About This Product

A sizing cutting machine for various industrial materials such as electric wires, vinyl tubes, heat shrink tubes, vinyl ties, etc.

■About this product・Compact body: A compact body measuring 340 x 179 x 242 has all the functions necessary for cutting.
-Easy operation with touch panel: With the touch panel, cutting length and number of cuts can be set with the same easy operation as the higher-end model ZKC-25 series.
・Safety: Designed with safety in mind, it features an interlocking cover and finger guards.

■Can be converted from shear blade type to thin blade typeEven if you purchase the shear blade type ZKC-16, you can use it as the thin blade type ZKC-16T by purchasing the thin blade/blade receiver/blade receiver block/thin blade holder separately. Of course, it is also possible to convert ZKC-16T to ZKC-16.

■Easy roller replacementRoller replacement can be easily done from the front side only. Metal rollers are also available for special workpieces.

■Roller gap adjustment mechanismThe distance between the upper and lower rollers can be adjusted using the roller gap adjustment screw. Safely transports delicate materials that are easily deformed.

■Material outage detectionDetects when material is out and automatically stops.

■Top roller retentionThe upper roller is raised and held by operating the roller lever. Easy to set materials.

■Feeder connectionCan be connected and operated with feeder ZKF-25 (sold separately) or sensor stand. If there is an abnormality in material supply, it will receive a stop signal and stop cutting.

■Multi power supplyCompatible with AC100~AC240V. You can use it as is with different voltages.
