About This Product

■About this product

・The mounting position of the touch panel can be changed, and it can be used in either the left or right conveyance direction. ・Emergency stop switch ・By installing rollers on the workpiece conveyance surface, there is less resistance and dimensional accuracy is more stable. ・Transfer speed is MAX800mm/sec ・Touch panel display can be switched between Japanese and English ・Transfer resolution is 0.05mm (installation unit is 0.1mm), improving repeat cutting accuracy ・Shear blade type with non-adjustable rubbing mechanism ・By installing rollers on the upper guide, workpiece transportation jams are reduced. ・Equipped with lot counter function - SD card compatible touch panel supports up to 640 memories *Please prepare the SD card by yourself.

・Able to cut a wide variety of workpieces ・Equipped with easy setting memory function using touch panel ・With feed length (cutting length) correction function ・With roller gap and presser pressure adjustment function ・Can change between shear blade type and thin blade type ・Can be linked with various feeding devices (Z feed, stand) ・External input/output signals (external control type only) ・Can communicate with a PC (custom-made)

■Shear blade type

Adopts special steel with excellent durability. Capable of cutting metals such as aluminum and steel, and materials containing glass fiber.

Features a sharp cutting edge. Ideal when a straight cut surface is required for tubing.
