About This Product

All cross-sectional observation processes are integrated, and cutting, polishing, and analysis can be performed in one system. The cross section of the crimp terminal can be observed without hardening the resin, so the work can be completed in about 1 minute. Equipped with a touch panel and an excellent user interface, anyone can work safely and easily.

■Fully automatic cutting and polishingEquipped with a stepping motor for conveyance, cutting and polishing is performed fully automatically. Eliminates manual work errors.

■Extremely thick line cutCompatible with extra-thick wires from 5sq to maximum 60sq. A vacuum unit sucks in dust and creates a clean cross section just by cutting.

■Equipped with measurement position check cameraBy using the front/rear adjustment dial while looking at the monitor, you can accurately determine the measurement position.

■Vertical section cutVertical cross-section samples can be created without resin hardening. Using a special clamper and cutting blade, it is compatible with sizes from 0.18sq to 2sq. 

■Analysis cameraThe created sample can be placed directly under the USB camera while still mounted on the jig, and images can be taken as is. Positioning can be easily adjusted using positioning pins and an XY stage.

■Zoom lens with LED lightingIt uses a zoom lens with an optical magnification of 0.7 to 4.5 times. The maximum field of view is W12.7mm*H9.2mm (0.7x). The minimum is W2.0mm*1.5mm (0.45x). The longer WD of 88mm makes etching easier. The lighting uses white LEDs, and the brightness can be changed from the LCD panel on the main unit.
