About This Product

A low-noise driver for applying voltage to and driving a piezo stage. It can be used for open loop operation or as an external power supply when the current is insufficient for a driver with a built-in controller.

■Two voltage output methods

·manual. You can manually output 0-150V by turning the "BIAS ADJUSTMENT" dial on the front panel. The output voltage value can be checked on the display*. *PH103 display is optional ・External control. By inputting an analog voltage (0 to 10V) to the Input terminal on the rear panel, it outputs 0 to 150V, which is amplified 15 times. Drive can be performed according to the input voltage waveform and frequency.
