About This Product

This is a controller for driving and controlling the piezo stage. The control circuit, driver, and displacement sensor amplifier are integrated, and can be directly connected to the piezo stage for closed-loop control. Highly accurate positioning without hysteresis or creep is possible.

■Equipped with all the functions necessary for precise positioning

The "feedback control board," "low noise driver board," and "ultra-high resolution sensor amplifier board" are compactly assembled into a module and installed in the controller.

■You can select from multiple position command methods from the higher level.

Analog voltage (0 to +10V), serial IF (RS232C), parallel IF (16bit), and USB/LAN are available, allowing you to select an easy-to-use interface depending on your purpose and application. *Selections vary depending on the model.
