About This Product

This stage is designed for fine adjustment of the angle of optical mirrors. It has excellent high-speed vibration and high position repeatability, making it ideal for laser beam scanning, mirror precision alignment, etc.

■Customization available for large diameter mirrors

The piezo element used as the drive source generates a high force (several hundred N class), making it possible to stably and accurately position even heavy, large-diameter mirrors.

■Easy to control angle

Both "static motion", which moves by numerically specified angle, and "vibration motion", which causes continuous reciprocating vibration, can be easily performed via the controller/driver.
