About This Product

For air compressor drain water treatment. A drain tore removes oil from the drain water coming out of an air compressor. We contribute to legal compliance and environmental friendliness while reducing costs. Features ◼︎High performance that meets national standards Drain water from an air compressor has an oil concentration of 50 to 500 mg/L. Discharging wastewater without filtration is strictly regulated under the Water Pollution Law, as it has a significant negative impact on the environment. (National standard value 5mg/L or less) Draintore uses its unique patented technology to achieve an oil concentration of less than 1mg/L, which is below the national standard, even in highly emulsified drain water. It can fully meet the strict water quality standards of each region. Treated water can be discharged as is, supporting compliance promotion and ISO14001 (International Environmental Management System) certification. ◼︎Significant reduction in expenses Running costs are about 1/10 to 1/5 compared to treating drain water as industrial waste. Furthermore, we have achieved a low price for the main unit, and can guarantee safe management. ◼︎Maintenance-free simple design Draintore is the industry's most space-saving product. Since it does not require a power source and has a simple structure, it can be operated without maintenance for a long period of time.
