Features ◼︎Realizes industry-leading collection efficiency By using a 3-stage collection method, 99.9% of water-soluble mist of 2 μm or larger is collected. ◼︎No waste due to no filter Since it does not use a filter, which is a consumable item, and uses a stainless steel disc that is resistant to rust and corrosion, it can be used many times with regular inspection and cleaning. ◼︎Using a special disc to maintain air volume for a long period of time Unlike filter models that collect mist by adhering it to the filter as it passes through, the system uses a method (cyclone + rotational collision separation method) to blow away mist using centrifugal force, which prevents clogging and allows the air volume to be maintained for a long period of time. ◼︎Significantly reduces maintenance effort The structure uses a cyclone section and collision plate to collect coarse particle mist in advance, reducing the burden on the disk. Furthermore, the mist attached to the disk itself has a self-cleaning effect due to centrifugal force as it rotates at a high speed of approximately 3,400 times per minute (for AMC5 60Hz). In addition, after cleaning the disc, you can install it while it is wet, so there is no need to dry it.
