About This Product

The race wavimeter is a device that can measure the waviness (amount of waviness) and roundness of the outer and inner race surfaces of rolling bearings with high precision and in a short time. A dedicated spindle is used to rotate the ring to be measured at several hundred r/min, a contact sensor detects the vibration speed, and the waviness and roundness are displayed on the synchrowave analyzer screen.

■Main features of the Lace Wavimeter

・High precision measurement: Practical measurement accuracy 10nm ・Uses a dedicated velocity sensor developed by our company that has compact and flat characteristics (maintains 10 times the sensitivity of a laser Doppler vibrometer) ・Real-time measurement (setting time a few seconds) ・By selecting 3 types of drive parts, you can measure various rings from extremely small to large (minimum outer ring inner diameter 3.5 mm/maximum outer ring outer diameter 220 mm) ・Stable measurement possible with dedicated pilot ・Can accommodate rings of different sizes by replacing the arbor ・You can select the measurement unit from a total of 15 types, including nmWcla, nmPC, nm, nm/rad, etc. ・Measurement results can be displayed on the analyzer in various ways, including numerical values ​​in the L, M, and H bands, polar coordinate graphs, spectra, and vibration waveforms. ・Vibration sound can be recorded and played back for 30 seconds, allowing quality control of parts using raw vibration waveforms. - Recorded data, measured data, measurement conditions, and screen copies can be saved to USB memory. ・A hard copy of the screen can be printed using an optional USB-connected thermal printer.
