About This Product

Sugawara's automatic Anderon meter is a high-speed automatic machine that has the same performance and accuracy as our proven high-performance manual Anderon meter. By measuring the front and back surfaces of the bearing, quality checks are made more reliable, and the takt time from intake to discharge of the workpiece is reduced to 1.5 seconds.

■Main features

・By using a measurement system equivalent to the proven manual Anderon, an extremely high level of quality check is possible (measurement resolution is less than 0.1 Anderon). - Adopts a speed sensor developed and manufactured by our company that is compact and has flat characteristics specifically for automatic machines (maintains 10 times the sensitivity of a laser Doppler vibrometer). ・Since the front and back surfaces of the bearing are measured in parallel, a more reliable quality check can be performed. - Extremely fast takt time of 1.5 seconds, allowing quality checks on more than 60,000 bearings per day. - Compact tabletop size that does not take up much space. - You can also measure bearings of different sizes by replacing the arbor (compatible bearing outer diameter 4 to 16 mm). - Maintenance is easy due to the independent unit transport mechanism.
