About This Product

Environmental testing machine (temperature chamber) Connect our environmental test compatible torque measuring unit fixing base to the side of the fixing base. Slide the main body of the torque measuring unit forward and insert the motor to be measured, which is attached to the specially designed motor mounting jig MMJ-TC01, into the thermostatic chamber. The rotational speed and torque of AC/DC motors at a certain temperature and humidity (e.g. -40°C to 150°C) are measured with high precision and displayed on a Windows computer. In addition, in combination with a precision power analyzer, inputs and outputs of high-frequency drivers can be measured with high precision.

■Main features of the measuring section

・A total of 7 types of measuring parts (rated 50mN･m to 5N･m) are available. ・Torque measurement unit compatible with constant temperature oven, based on our HB series. ・Since all 7 models are made in the same size, the complete set of constant temperature oven motor mounting jig can be used in common. ・If you use the included adjuster, you can also use our standard motor mounting jig. ・Hysteresis brake control and torque detection using a tension bar type strain gauge load cell enable stable measurement from low speeds to high speeds. ・By attaching the constant temperature oven motor mounting jig directly to the reference plate of the measurement unit, reliable center alignment with the motor to be measured and highly accurate measurements are possible. ・Easy to set up with ESPEC's constant temperature chamber SH/SU-642 with a constant temperature chamber fixing stand as standard equipment.

・Controller DM5001 ・Torque measurement unit compatible with constant temperature chamber HB-50MNT to HB-5NT (7 models in total) ・Motor mounting jig for constant temperature chamber MMJ-TC01 (common to all models) ・Thermostatic chamber SH/SU-642 (manufactured by ESPEC Co., Ltd.) ・Thermostatic chamber fixed stand TCMT-EP02 (for SH/SU-642) ・Personal computer Windows10 Professional (64bit) ・Precision power analyzer WT1800E (manufactured by Yokogawa Keizoku Co., Ltd.)
