About This Product

Pocket strobe P-1 is a compact LED strobe. This is an ultra-light strobe that can be carried in your pocket, making it ideal for use on business trips or for simple inspections. While maximizing the benefits of LEDs, we have achieved the necessary and sufficient flash duration and light intensity. The maximum light emission frequency is 360,000FPM, which uniformly illuminates a certain irradiation range. It is also suitable for use in quiet environments as it does not emit any sound.

■Achieve even irradiation

Evenly and brightly illuminates an area of ​​120 x 150 mm at a distance of 300 mm.

■LED strobe and xenon tube strobe

Xenon tube strobes are characterized by instantaneous large amounts of light. For example, at 6,000 FPM, our xenon tube strobe DS-4AA's light emission time is extremely short at approximately 6 µsec (1/166,000 second), allowing you to obtain clear still images even when the object is moving at ultra-high speed or the object to be observed is minute. On the other hand, LED strobes obtain a large amount of light by adjusting the flash duration. The LED strobe P-1 can obtain the same amount of light as the DS-4AA with a light emission time of 15 µsec (1/66,000 second), so it can obtain sufficiently clear still images for normal rotational speed measurement and status observation.
