You can grasp the latest status in real time, from order forecasts to billing, profits, and cost forecasts. Necessary information can be centrally managed from management to construction staff and accounting staff.

■Estimate, project management

You can easily create a 3-level estimate for each construction project. It can also be used for project management. From REVIEW, you can create a quotation and manage the status (order, lost, postponed) after the quotation is presented. It is also possible to extract projects by specified period, salesperson, or customer.

■ Accounts receivable billing management

Create invoices in bulk with cut-off dates for each customer based on billing input data. You can easily check the billing and payment status by customer and project. There is also a function to prevent situations such as ``the work was not invoiced even though it was completed'', ``the payment was not received even though it was invoiced'', and ``the invoiced amount was less than the cost incurred''.

■Inventory management

Inquiry screens and reports related to inventory management such as warehousing/output and stocktaking can be output. Inquiry on goods receipt and issue details displays the history of receipts and issues of goods for each item. You can also narrow down your search by vendor or construction.

■Log management

The log management function allows you to record access and operation history for each ID. It also comes with a menu screen customization function, allowing you to consolidate only the necessary functions for each ID on the menu screen, and change the color of the menu button for frequently used functions. Permissions can be set for each login ID. Additionally, by managing log information, you can check the history of logins, registrations, changes, etc.

■Cost management

Equipped with 5 cost inquiry screens and over 50 cost forms as standard. You can analyze costs and profits from multiple angles in real time. By registering daily work reports and inputting purchasing information, you can check labor costs, materials, machinery losses, expenses, lease costs, etc. in real time.
