YubiOn Portal provides security services through the cloud. Enhanced security with two-factor authentication, single sign-on, and integrated management.

■SummaryJust install the software on your Windows/Mac device to achieve two-factor authentication of "password + YubiKey". It can be used immediately without building an in-house authentication server, and supports integrated management and log collection by administrators.

Features
■Cloud-based integrated managementAdministrators can centrally manage and control user and PC information from a web browser. With the touch of a button, you can register users in bulk, check operational status, and take control of your PC in an emergency.

■Manage PC operation logsYou can view and download the usage status and location information of each PC in real time from a web browser. Log information from each PC is aggregated in the cloud, and the search function allows administrators to instantly view the log information they want.

■Remote lock functionIf you lose your PC, you can prohibit logon to the PC from the management screen. Prevent unauthorized access by controlling logon.

■Covering a wide range of OSIt also supports Windows server products from the latest Windows 11. Starting in June 2021, it will also be compatible with macOS (Catalina or later).

■Easy operation and strong authenticationStrengthen authentication with the simple operation of just plugging it into a USB and touching it. For Windows/Mac login, we use YubiKey, a multifunctional authentication device developed by Yubico.

■Can be implemented in AD environmentEven in environments using Active Directory, it can be installed without changing AD. By applying settings to force YubiKey from the management screen, you can achieve two-factor authentication of "password + YubiKey" at logon.
