Automatic insertion grippers precisely position the wire, monitor insertion force throughout the process, and detect if the clamp is properly locked.

■Diverse selection of up to 36 types of wires

Automatic wire selection pulls up to 36 wires from the entire cross-sectional area. This makes it compatible with a wide variety of control cabinets.

■3 sets of blades, with optional ACD (Automatic Conductor Detection) cut monitoring function

Three blade pairs with optional incision monitoring (ACD automatic conductor detection) cover wires with a cross section of 0.13-1.5mm2 (AWG26-16).

■Special untwisting module to untwist wires

A twist remains in the unwound wire. The untwisting module untwists the wire. This is very important for the subsequent fully automatic insertion.

■Integrated wire storage for more efficient production

The difficult process of machining both ends of a wire harness can be easily manufactured using wire storage. It also allows for immediate reworking of defective wires after production.
