About This Product

■Product description

・The BriskHeat ACR3 hot bonder is an integrated adhesive curing unit with vacuum sealing of composite materials, programmable temperature control heater heating, and monitoring functions. ・Temperature control unit for curing composites (control unit, vacuum pump, printer) ・Standard rubber heater, power cord, temperature sensor, USB ・Accessory parts such as hoses and feedthroughs

■Summary

・2 types: 1 zone and 2 zone ・213mm full color touch screen ・Data transfer to USB port (USB flash memory included) ・Earth leakage breaker protection ・Monitors and warns of low temperature/high temperature abnormalities and vacuum abnormalities (sound and screen) - Digital data log or built-in printer. Record and print cured data including program parameters in real time.

・Dual vacuum system: Built-in electric vacuum pump and vacuum venturi in each zone ・Pressure: 711 mmHg (13.8 PSI) ・Each zone has manual pressure adjustment function

■Temperature control

・Controlled cure temperature: up to 760℃ ・Number of temperature sensor inputs: 10 thermocouples/zone ・Thermocouple type: J type, with connector ・Accuracy: ±1.67℃ ・Temperature monitor: Monitors all thermocouples and alarms

■Usage environment

・Use in dry environment ・Altitude: Maximum 2,000m ・Storage temperature: -20~60℃ ・Using temperature: 5~40℃ ・Maximum correlated humidity: 80% to 31°C to 40°C Linear characteristic with correlated humidity of 50%
