About This Product

As an optimization item for semiconductor piping, it is a by-product adhesion prevention and supply gas heating system. Used for exhaust piping, gas supply piping, valves, equipment, and abatement equipment piping.

・Prevents electrical leakage and short circuit accidents. ・Equipped with a ground on the heating element to ensure the operation of the earth leakage breaker (NEC standard) -The heating wire is durable and flexible.

■More uniform heating

- Heaters are placed on the flange, elbow, and support to eliminate cold spots. ・Furthermore, the dedicated Centipede® system reduces temperature differences.
