We solve various problems in a wide range of processes such as adjustment, culture, and storage during research and development of biopharmaceuticals and manufacturing, shortening work time and reducing workload.

■Gamma-ray sterilized liquid transportation and storage containersA 3D single-use sterilization bag that is ideal for storing and transporting pharmaceutical products that require a sterile environment inside the container. The products will be delivered in aseptic condition after being sterilized by gamma rays.

Features
■Space savingAchieving the first 3D (three-dimensional) shape in a single-use bag of 20 liters or less. Can be installed even in narrow spaces such as inside a sterile chamber. Each bag is individually wrapped in a compact package that does not take up much space when stored.

■Available for handlingAchieves both high level of durability and high functionality. Special embossing on the container surface prevents creases and scratches, and reduces scratches during transportation. Transparent parts are provided in highly visible areas so that changes in the color of the solution can be confirmed.

■Gamma ray sterilizedIt has been sterilized by gamma rays and can be used right out of the box, so it is a single-use bag that is ideal for a wide range of biopharmaceutical applications, such as preparing, storing, and transporting sterile solutions.

■High strength designThe main body alone can stand on its own. It can be used in the same way as glass containers, such as stirring using a magnetic stirrer. Due to its cubic shape, it has good dissolution efficiency when stirring internal liquids, and allows for the preparation of powder culture medium in a short time.

■Quality controlSekisui's unique quality control system and traceability. In order to deliver safe containers to our customers, we conduct visual inspections and leak tests on all containers. We have established traceability for everything that makes up Steritainer and have built a high level of reliability.
