■Product details

It can be used as molded parts in all fields. We have a lineup of grades that take advantage of properties such as flame retardancy and low smoke emission to suit various applications in fields such as aircraft, vehicles, medical equipment, and various housings. It maintains a unique characteristic of outstanding moldability that cannot be found anywhere else. Features

■Deep drawing is easy.

- Capable of forming at a molding magnification of 6 times, making it ideal for vacuum forming and pressure forming. ・Deep drawing is easy in the temperature range of 177℃~199℃. ・The Izod impact value at 0℃ is high at ⒛KJ/sqm, so it can be used at low temperatures. (K-100) ・Can be molded under a wide range of conditions.

■Excellent processing that boasts a high standard

・Due to its high impact resistance, no cracking occurs during trimming using NC processing or press punching. - Easy to process such as press forming, machining, saw cutting, scissor cutting, drilling, punching, etc. ・Can be joined with other materials by welding, adhesion, etc. ・Special resistance to tearing during molding, which is not found in other thermoplastic sheets. (hot tear strength)

■Flame retardant

・UL-94V-0 equivalent (flammability test ASTM D-3801) ・Flame retardant compliant with flammability standards for railway vehicle interior materials. - Suitable for interior materials of aircraft and railway vehicles as it produces very little smoke during combustion. (Low smoke grade) ・Compliant with flammability standards for U.S. urban mass transit agencies. - Conforms to FAA aircraft standards. (K-6565)

■Impact resistance/chemical resistance

- Maintains impact strength comparable to polycarbonate and FRP based on Izod impact value. ・There is no discoloration or deterioration of physical properties due to chemical adhesion.

■Uniform wall thickness and light weight

・No special temperature adjustment is required to mold the wall thickness uniformly. - Lightweight with a specific gravity of 1/6 that of iron. With its outstanding formability, it is effective in reducing the weight of aircraft and vehicle interior materials.

■Hygienic

・Ideal for housing of medical equipment, etc. - Dirt attached to the surface can be easily removed with a commercially available cleaner.

■A wide variety of products

・33 standard colors and 9 types of surface patterns. ・Various grade lineup: General molding grade / Low smoke grade / Flame retardant low smoke grade / Heat resistant grade / Paste antistatic grade / Kneaded stone grain grade / Weather resistant decorative grade
