■Summary

The Lap Japan compact tabletop lapping/polishing machine is a unique machine that uses an unparalleled free abrasive cutting method and is extremely economical. A large amount of workpieces can be processed at once. As a result, machining efficiency improves, making it possible to reduce the machining unit cost. Superior tabletop lapping/polishing equipment provides better flatness, dimensional control, parallelism, and surface finish than any other method. An optically flat surface and a uniform finish on the micron order can be obtained. Lap Japan's compact tabletop lapping/polishing equipment is widely used in the automobile industry, construction machinery industry, space-related industry, pumps, computers, diesel engines, compressors, optical-related industries, and electronic-related industries, and can meet the demands of any precision flat surface or surface roughness, and perform work effectively and steadily.

■Features

This is a lapping/polishing device equipped with 3 forced drive axes with an oscillation mechanism. The control system uses PLC sequencer control and a liquid crystal color touch panel, allowing customization to each customer's specifications. Up to three systems of abrasive slurry can be controlled, making it suitable for everything from research and development to mass production of small-diameter wafers.

■Handy facing unit

A facing unit for tabletop wrapping equipment that does not have a facing function. Since it is a handy type, it can be easily attached to and removed from tabletop wrapping equipment, and the facing unit is adjusted with ultra-precision to achieve highly accurate flattening of plates.
