About This Product

This is a machine that automatically removes burrs and edges from small parts. Barrel polishing is used in the final process of small parts in the automobile and electronics industries. Purposes include deburring screws and presses, smooth finishing, mirror finishing, waxing, and scaling welding.

■How to use

- A barrel tank with a polygonal drum cross section is rotated at a low speed. ・Inject parts into the drum at a rate of 40% to 60%.

■Effect

・By rotating at a low rotation speed, a flat fluidized bed is formed. ・Although the polishing power is low, the operation rate is high and processing can be done in a short time, leading to a reduction in labor costs. ・The structure is simple and inexpensive, making it highly versatile. ・There is almost no maintenance required.

■Features

- Since it is a drum with a tapered structure, the material gathers in the center, making it easy to discharge. ・With manual forward and reverse rotation switches.
