About This Product

HARMAN's TopSeal module is based on experience with over 1,000 TopSeal stations on the market. Thanks to its modular design, it can be configured for a variety of packing equipment.

HARMAN's PACKLINE modules offer strong airtightness. Since no heat source is used, there is no risk of burning or fire when the line is stopped. Top seal modules are ideal for integration into new machines or retrofits to existing machine designs. Top-seal modules with tools designed for protection class IP65/67 are also suitable for use in humid environments requiring high cleaning capabilities.

The top seal module has a built-in air pressure generator, providing a highly flexible drive concept. Pneumatic drives and electric drives can be installed on the drive shaft. It can also be mechanically coupled to the main drive shaft of the packing equipment. Drives can be installed on either the left or right side of the module to meet a variety of assembly conditions.

This is especially useful for multi-line systems. Since it has a built-in pneumatic cylinder, you can immediately obtain sealing force by contacting the sealing tool. This integration allows for high-speed mechanical processing while sealing the pouch using a highly safe process.
