About This Product

■4 stroke engine

The 4-stroke engine that meets the needs of all professionals is a general-purpose engine that brings together MEiKi POWER's technological capabilities. While improving the basic performance of high output and high durability, it also achieves low noise and vibration. It continues to evolve over time, with improvements made to make it even easier to use.

■Features

・The most used engine in Japan ・The world's only balancer can be optionally equipped in the 6PS band (accommodating requests for low vibration)

■POINT01 Easy starting (1) - Light pulling force

We have further evolved our unique "mechanical decompression mechanism" and achieved a management method with less variation, allowing you to experience light pulling force with all engines. Recoil pulling force is reduced by approximately 15% compared to conventional models. This makes it possible to start smoothly without feeling much of a lumpy feeling.

■POINT02 Easy starting (2) - Improved starting performance

Optimum settings for the newly designed carburetor and optimal operation synchronization of the governor link system have been achieved, and the ignition coil has improved performance by 20% compared to our previous model, achieving quick start-up. The industry's highest standard carburetor corrosion protection treatment is applied to all machines, reducing fuel corrosion during long-term storage and improving restartability.

■POINT03 Ample output and excellent governor characteristics

Maximum output has been improved by optimizing the cam profile and reducing internal friction (GB131 and GB181 are approximately 5% more powerful than our previous models), delivering superior work performance. The newly designed governor system brings out the full power of the engine and allows for stable operation not only at no load, but also throughout the entire rotation range.

■POINT04 Low noise/low vibration

Quietness has been significantly improved through a number of improvements to significantly reduce mechanical noise, including increasing the rigidity of the main body (cylinder block), reducing the number of sheet metal parts and reducing vibration, minimizing wind noise by reviewing the shape of the cooling fan, and reducing valve noise with a new cam profile. In addition, the internal structure of the muffler has been revised to cut out harsh high-frequency sounds, resulting in a milder exhaust sound that is easier on the ears.

■Compact design yet high output and torque

A tilted engine with a compact design, yet with plenty of extra power and torque, L-type 1/2 reduction specification is standard in the product lineup (twice the torque) *Using the product outside the recommended output range may cause premature damage or trouble, so please select the optimal horsepower.
