■Mica heater (NR-MICA)

・A versatile heater that is both thin and durable ・High heating efficiency due to its thin design and high output, allowing for rapid temperature rise. ・Compression molding of highly durable mica plate and stainless steel foil. ・Ideal for various industrial heat treatment furnaces. - Size and shape can be freely designed. ・Excellent cost performance. ・Recommended maximum temperature is 300℃.

■Aluminum heater

・Achieves uniform temperature distribution of ±0.25%. - Size and shape can be freely designed. ・Recommended maximum temperature is 200℃.

■Ceramic heater

・Uses a highly efficient far-infrared radiator. - Low coefficient of thermal expansion and resistance to thermal shock. -Cleanliness level clears Class 10 of US Federal Standard 209D. ・Rapid temperature rise is possible, and the recommended maximum temperature is 300℃.

■Quartz heater

・High-temperature heater with excellent cost performance. -Cleanliness level clears Class 10 of US Federal Standard 209D. ・Recommended maximum temperature is 500℃.
