About This Product

■Air handling unit series

The compact air handler LO series is a new model that has all the advantages of the conventional unit air handler, is thinner and more compact, and is equipped with our unique mechanism that improves maintainability. Here is the optimal solution for the future air conditioner for office use.

■Equipped with a high-performance plug fan

Equipped with a plug fan that has high total pressure efficiency and excellent energy savings. Since there is no need for a fan drive belt, there is no need for maintenance such as belt replacement.

■Equipped with fan inverter control panel as standard

An inverter control panel is mounted on the side of the device to adjust the air volume of the plug fan. It can be linked with a VAV controller (within the scope of on-site construction) and can increase or decrease the air volume, reducing fan power consumption during low air conditioning loads.

■Equipped with an electric two-way valve as standard for cold and hot water control.

Equipped with an electric two-way valve inside the machine, on-site piping work is easy. A terminal block for the electric two-way valve is provided in the inverter control panel on the side of the device, making on-site instrumentation work easier. Maintenance such as replacement is easy due to the swing open door.

■Equipped with a highly visible digital water temperature gauge as standard

Temperature sensors are installed on the hot and cold water pipes inside the aircraft, and a solar-type digital water temperature gauge is installed on the outer panel. You can easily check the water temperature during maintenance.

■Equipped with filter differential pressure gauge as standard

During maintenance, you can check whether the filter is clogged by visually checking the differential pressure gauge.

■Air conditioning performance, control, status confirmation equipment, and maintainability have been significantly improved.

A unique design that improves the maintenance effort of compact air handlers that are installed in large numbers. The number of compact air handlers installed on each floor increases, and the burden of maintenance increases after installation. The LO "Swing Open Door Series" uses a unique new mechanism that takes maintenance into account and a "slide-out filter" to reduce the burden on workers and save time.

■New proposal 1: From hinge-opening panels to highly airtight lever crimping "swing open doors"

Easy opening/closing and increased range of motion make maintenance work more efficient

■New proposal 2: “Slide-out filter” that can be easily replaced without entering the cabin
