About This Product

Semi-automatic monitoring of track displacement without entering the track

■Summary

・In March 2024, we registered with NETIS. KT-230145-A (3D displacement automatic measurement cloud management system) ・This is a system that safely and efficiently monitors the status of orbital displacement on a regular basis using an automatic collimation total station. After the prism is installed, there is basically no need to enter the orbit, and the orbit is inspected semi-automatically.

■No entry into the orbit.

Attach the reflective prism to the rail inspection position in advance. After that, inspection work can basically be carried out without entering the orbit.

■Automatic observation after total station installation

Once the surveying instrument is installed in the designated location, subsequent observations will be carried out automatically. The person taking the measurement can check the measurement results on the spot from the controller screen.

■Screen interface and forms

The data acquired by the inspection system can be connected to a printer and output as a "finish condition inspection record", saving you the trouble of creating documents to be submitted. You can also output the amount of displacement at each station as a graph.
