About This Product

Measuring the height of concrete during pouring in real time and with high precision

■Summary- This is a system that supports improving construction accuracy and reducing crowning work during concrete pouring.
- By measuring with an automatic tracking total station, you can calculate the height in real time and check the difference from the design value with the measurement terminal while working.
・This is a measurement system jointly developed with Dainichi Main Tree Co., Ltd.

■Check the concrete height in real time- Attach a 360° prism to a dragonfly, trowel, measurement pole, etc., and acquire 3D coordinates with an automatic tracking total station.
・It is possible to calculate the height in real time and work while checking the difference from the design value.
-You can also see the simple screen during measurement using smart glasses.
・Supports improvement of construction accuracy and reduction of crowning work in concrete pouring.

■Visually display with mesh・Measure your location (prism position) relative to the design value and display the height of the concrete being poured on the measurement terminal.
・Height can be determined by the color of the set mesh and can be checked visually.
- You can also import a CAD drawing* into the background and check the height by overlaying the set mesh. *Data that can be imported: DXF only

■Automatic recording function- Automatically and regularly measure height by setting the desired recording interval and threshold.
・Recording interval setting: 1~10 seconds
・Recorded data: Save up to 20 items

■Easier-to-read form templatesColor-coded mesh images can be saved and output as forms.
