■Summary

This is a system that automatically measures the position information of bridge girders in 3D using an automatic sighting total station and GNSS. Displaying the difference between the current measured value and the planned height (design value) contributes to improving quality, and improves work efficiency because there is no need to interrupt work for measurement. Data can be viewed using a web browser (K-Cloud renewal version) from a PC at the field office or from a remote terminal.

A prism is installed on the girder and measured with a total station to obtain 3D coordinates. Measure the difference between the design value and the actual measurement value after construction.

A prism is installed at the end and measured with a total station to obtain coordinate data. Displays the difference between the set design value and the actual measured value. By measuring each step position of the girder, the amount of deflection of the girder can be determined.

Measure the position of the support beam and wire pulley using the total station and prism. You can check the deformation of the bridge body during construction and the position of the girder.

GNSS antennas are installed at the tip of the handrail and in front and behind the girder to obtain coordinate data in real time. Displays the alignment and deviation of the hand stretching machine and girder in the straight direction. By measuring the position of the girder and hand stretching machine, you can know the position of the girder during feeding.

■Total station and reflective prism

A total station will be installed, and a reflecting prism will be installed at each measurement point. A measurement PC, wireless LAN, and control unit will also be installed at the location where the total station will be installed. Measurements are made in mm with a highly accurate automatic collimation total station. *100V power supply and concrete placement for the pedestal are required.

■GNSS receiver

Install the GNSS antenna using a single tube, etc. A GNSS receiver for data collection will be installed and the data will be sent to the measurement PC via the server. Power can also be supplied using a solar panel. Suitable for places where power is not available or where there is a wide range.
