About This Product

Structure and principle
■Air releaseIf water and air are discharged intermittently (automatically) during air bleeding, this is proof that the Dynasand filter is working properly.

■LabyrinthThis is for scrubbing sand. An important rubber body is attached, and the sand passes through the rubber zag, allowing for thorough cleaning. The trapped mud and oxidized dirt fall to the bottom, and the washing wastewater is reprocessed.

■Air lift tubeThis is a pipe used to send air to lift sand upwards and wash it by sand washing.

■Inspection windowThis window is used to visually check sand flow and water permeability. If you can visually confirm that no dirt has accumulated, this is proof that there is no problem.

■SandWhen sand is used, it causes clogging, poor backwashing, and deterioration of the treated water. In that case, regular maintenance or sand replacement is required. *Replacement frequency varies depending on usage conditions.

■Major features that differentiate the Dynasand filter from other filtersConventional sand filters are divided into a filtration process and a backwashing process, and require a water tank/pump/control panel/measuring equipment and space to install them in order to perform filtration and backwashing. The Dynasand filter can perform filtration without using a pump due to the difference in water head from Suirasic. At the same time, dirty filter media is cleaned, and continuous operation is possible without the need to temporarily stop processing due to backwashing.

Therefore, since there is no need for a backwashing process, there is no need for the above-mentioned [water tank/pump/control panel/measuring equipment and space for installing them], making it compact and easy to maintain.
