About This Product

■“ACT-H-01” has a space-saving design that allows it to be placed in the kitchen of private stores.ACT-H-01 can freeze approximately 2 to 10 kg of food per hour. ACT-H-01 was developed to enable restaurants to perform their own quick freezing operations in limited spaces (kitchens, etc.).

It is possible to quickly freeze vacuum-packed food by simply attaching it to an alcohol solution that has been cooled to -35℃. Because ice crystals can be kept extremely small, cell walls are not destroyed during thawing, and no drips are produced.

It is also used in the central kitchens of meat wholesale processing, seafood wholesale processing, and restaurant chains, and is a groundbreaking product that restaurants struggling with labor shortages and food waste should definitely adopt.

■Stirring function is the difference in frozen qualityIn conventional products, the alcohol inside the refrigerator flows only in the vertical direction, but in the ACT-H-01, alcohol flows evenly within the refrigerator, allowing food to be frozen efficiently, and there is no uneven freezing due to differences in the feeding points.

■Alcohol used [Maple Alcohol 65]It is food-grade alcohol that is used as a food additive, so it is safe even if it comes into contact with food or cooking utensils. In addition, hazardous materials handling qualifications are not required for storing liquids with an alcohol concentration of 60% or less.

■Order net basket (optional)Although freezing is a simple term, there are many different products that you want to freeze. During the pre-purchase test, we will ask you about the characteristics of your product, the work process, etc., and we will be able to attach a net basket that perfectly matches the shape of your product. From the perspective of production efficiency, we will also produce spare baskets if necessary.

■It's not surprising that the electricity bill is high.The electricity cost for operation is not much different from that of a regular freezer. You can also set the standby time when the unit is not in use, and the greater the difference between the normal set temperature and the standby set temperature, the less the compressor will run, which will save you money on electricity bills.

■Quality almost the same as rawMaximum ice crystal formation temperature range (-5 ℃ ~ -1 ℃) Transit time can be reduced by 50 ~ 80% compared to conventional freezers. By shortening the transit time, ice crystals inside the food are formed at a smaller size than the food's cells, making it possible to provide almost the same quality as before freezing without destroying the cells.
