About This Product

■Temporary protective water-based ink that can be easily peeled off into a film after drying.

Solvent-based ink mask. One-component evaporative water-based ink. After drying, the film is strong and easy to peel off.

■Features

・It has moderate adhesion to the material, and has strong film strength when peeled, and can be easily peeled off into a film with cellophane tape. ・Since there is no risk of ignition, storage capacity is not subject to regulations. ・Since it is odorless and does not contain harmful substances, the impact on workers is reduced. - Stable continuous printing for long periods of time with no stringing or clogging.

■Printing plate

・Smart mesh 200~250 mesh is suitable for the screen. - Select an emulsion with excellent water resistance and solvent resistance, and use a thick emulsion film.

■Printing

- It is adjusted so that it can be printed as is, but if the viscosity needs to be adjusted, it can be diluted to 5% with tap water. Also, if you want to slow down the drying process, add 2~3% of Retarder VZ 100. ・If defoaming and leveling are poor, add 1% of "EX-3145 9016 defoaming agent".

■Drying

Dry to the touch at room temperature for about 20 minutes, or with a jet dryer at 40℃ for 30 to 40 seconds.

■Cleaning the plate

Can be easily cleaned with water
