About This Product

■Solvent-based adhesive whose main component is acrylic resin

・Pressure sensitive adhesive. - One-component, good printability. ・Good stability over time.

■How to use

-Remove moisture, oil, and other contamination (dirt, dust, etc.) from the surface of the adherend. ・Please stir the entire ink well before applying. ・Please print ink as undiluted as possible. If it is unavoidable to adjust the viscosity, please dilute it with a special solvent to a maximum of 3%. - Use a screen of 50 to 100 mesh, and make sure the dry film thickness is 30μ or more. ・Please dry thoroughly as it contains a high boiling point solvent. Drying conditions vary depending on the amount of ink applied, adherend, drying temperature and air volume, etc., but the following drying times are recommended values. Please note that drying at room temperature for 30 minutes at 80℃ or 10 minutes at 100℃ will greatly affect the physical properties of the adhesive and the adherend due to residual solvent. ・After complete drying, attach light-shielding release paper to the ink-coated surface to prevent dust and air from entering, and store in a cool, dark place.
