About This Product

■Pressure ink for mirror PCE (FIM compatible)

A presser ink for protecting mirror PCE coatings. Available in 3 colors: white, black, and colorless. Even if overprinted, the brightness of the mirror PCE will not decrease. It is a two-component reaction type.

■Features

Ink for backing mirror PCE. Good adhesion can be achieved without reducing the brightness of the mirror ink. It also has high heat resistance and suppresses resin flow and brightness reduction due to injection.

■Printing plate

SX#250~270 is recommended. Please use a solvent-resistant emulsion.

■Drying conditions

SMJD can be dried to the touch at 60℃ for 1 minute. If you want to overprint "EX-4401 Tie Coat TC-001", you will need to dry it with warm air at 80℃ for 90 to 120 minutes after printing. Please note that if this drying is insufficient, the brightness will decrease when overprinting "EX-4401 Tie Coat TC-001".

■Plate cleaning

Can be cleaned with standard solvent-based detergents or BIP solvents.
