About This Product

■Solvent-based ink that can be used for back press for mirror PCE

- Pressure ink for mirror PCE. ・White, black, and colorless only. ・Do not change the brightness of the mirror. ・Two-component reaction type.

■Applications

Mirror PCE backing, polycarbonate material (sheet, molded product) Solvent resistance varies depending on the material, so brightness and adhesion may be affected. Please conduct sufficient testing before using.

■Features

- Ideal as a backing ink for mirror PCE. ・As a backing ink for mirror PCE, it has been proven to prevent mirror surface loss and blackening in severe moisture resistance tests.

■Printing plate

・A screen of 200 to 270 mesh is suitable. - Select an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance.

■Printing

・Please use BIP solvent standard as the diluent solvent. ・Add up to 5% of 98 crosslinking agent. Adding too much crosslinker can affect the brightness of the mirror. The pot life of the ink when 98 crosslinking agent is added is 4 to 5 hours.

■Drying

- Dry to the touch at 50℃ for 10 minutes, but please note that conditions will vary depending on the heat resistance temperature of the material. ・Please refer to the Mirror PCE catalog for drying conditions when lining with Mirror PCE.

■Cleaning the plate

Please use BIP solvent or inexpensive UniCleaner or Mino detergent.
