About This Product

■High brightness mirror finish ink for polyester and acrylicPrinted on the back of transparent material with excellent solvent resistance. Super bright mirror silver.

■Applicable materialsPolyester film, acrylic cast board. Since solvent resistance varies depending on the material, brightness and adhesion may be affected. Please conduct sufficient testing before using.

■ApplicationsBy printing on the back side of a transparent material, you can create an alternative expression to vapor deposition, hot stamping, etc.

■Printing plate- SX#200~270 mesh is suitable for the screen. We recommend 270 mesh for fine line patterns and 200 to 250 mesh for solid and rough pattern.
- Select an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance and printing durability, and apply a thin film.

■DilutionIt is adjusted so that it can be printed as is, but if dilution is necessary, please use the dedicated MRA01 solvent standard or MRA02 solvent slow drying.

■Printing・There is no need to make special settings like the mirror A and C series. It can be printed under the same conditions as general ink. However, it may be better to use less pressure when applying ink with a doctor.
・Although the ink alone will adhere to the material, please use U-PET ink for pressure printing to improve adhesion and protect the ink film.

■DryingDry to the touch in about 30 minutes at room temperature. To improve adhesion, dry with warm air at 70°C for 30 minutes.

■Crosslinking agentIf the adhesion is poor, such as with a hard coat, add 2-5% of 98 crosslinking agent and dry with warm air at 70℃ for 30 minutes or more after printing. Also, there will be a pot life after adding 98 crosslinking agent, so please use it up within 4 hours.
