About This Product

■Non-halogen type light guide plate ink

- Light guide plates and diffuser plates made of PET, acrylic, polycarbonate, etc. (Does not include PVC) ・One-component evaporative drying type. ・Environmental load countermeasure ink. - Compatible with high brightness. - Compatible with hard coated boards by adding a hardening agent.

■Features

・An environmentally friendly ink that does not contain PVC compounds. ・Also adheres to hard coat acrylic. - Brightness characteristics are the same as conventional products. ・An ink with little yellowing over time.

■Solvent

Dilute 20-40% with SRN solvent standard or VZ2 slow-drying solvent.

■Drying

Be sure to dry with warm air at 60℃ for at least 60 minutes or at 80℃ for at least 30 minutes.

■Hardening agent

For materials with poor adhesion, such as hard-coated products, add 10% of 95 crosslinking agent. Ink using 95 crosslinking agent has a pot life, so please use it up within 4 hours.

■Printing plate

・A screen of 270 to 300 mesh is suitable. ・Select an emulsion that has solvent resistance, resolution, and printing durability.

■Detergent

Please use inexpensive UniCleaner or MINO detergent.
