About This Product

■Light diffusion ink for light guide plates and transparent nameplates

- For light guide plates and diffuser plates made of acrylic, polycarbonate, etc. ・One-component evaporative drying type. - Compatible with high brightness. ・Good adaptability to dot printing.

■Features

・Excellent mass production. There is little change in ink viscosity on the plate during printing, allowing for stable continuous printing. If the ink dries too quickly, clogging will occur, and if it dries too slowly, dots will bleed due to the reverse side of the plate. SR has been adjusted to have just the right drying properties, making it suitable for light guide plate printing. - Excellent printing reproducibility. The ink has moderate fluidity and thixotropy, allowing it to accurately and stably reproduce dot shapes. In addition, the ink is formulated to reduce frictional resistance so that the squeegee can move lightly on the plate, resulting in less stretch of the screen and more accurate printing.

■Solvent

Please dilute to 20-30% with SR90 solvent. Isophorone can be used as a slow-drying solvent, but be careful not to block it and dry thoroughly.

■Drying

Dry with warm air at 40℃ for 20 minutes or more.

■Printing plate

・A screen of 270 to 300 mesh is suitable. ・Select an emulsion that has solvent resistance, resolution, and printing durability.

■Detergent

Please use inexpensive Unicleaner or SR90.
