About This Product

■Prevent graffiti by applying top coat to various materials

For hazard map signs, outdoor signs, concrete, etc. Solvent two-component reactive ink. Repels oil-based pens and lacquer spray. Dirt can be easily wiped off with a cloth. Long-term outdoor weather resistance.

■Printing plate

- #200 to #250 mesh is suitable. ・Please use an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance.

■Printing

It can be used without dilution, but if dilution is required, please use AS solvent standard. For the ink composition, be sure to accurately measure 100% AS935 clear and 10% 99 crosslinking agent and mix thoroughly. After mixing the two liquids, there will be a pot life, so please use it up within 5 hours.

■Drying

The antifouling effect can be achieved after drying with warm air at 60℃ for about 60 minutes and leaving it at room temperature overnight. Also, the effect will be faster if you dry it at the highest possible temperature. Please note that if dried at room temperature, it will take about a week for the product to take effect.
