About This Product

■Two-part reaction type high-pressure molding ink with the highest heat resistance than Norifan HTR

Applicable to polycarbonate and easily formed PET films. It has particularly excellent heat resistance, and resin flow is less likely to occur during in-molding. It is characterized by its strong cohesive force and resistance to delamination. All colors are halogen-free. Because it is a two-component reaction type, molding is limited to within one week.

■Features

- Has particularly excellent heat resistance, making it difficult for resin to flow. - Strong cohesive force makes interlayer separation less likely to occur. ・Good on-plate stability and excellent printability. -Excellent moldability. -Low odor.

■Applications

Automobiles, mobile phone nameplates and cases, various home appliances, etc.

■Printing plate

Screens from T#200 to #300 can be used. Also use stainless steel mesh if necessary. Also, please use an emulsion that is solvent resistant and does not contain silicone.

■Cleaning the plate

Please use UniCleaner to clean screens and equipment.

■Printing

-Add 10% Hardener 004 as a hardening agent, and use 5-10% slow-drying thinner M206 as a diluting solvent. The pot life after adding the curing agent is 4 to 6 hours at 25℃. ・Be sure to print a tie coat (adhesive binder) after XWR printing on the mold to improve adhesion with the in-mold resin.
