About This Product

■Two-component reaction type for high pressure molding

For white, black, and silver, which require high hiding power, it has delamination strength and heat resistance that exceed Norifan HTR. We have a proven track record in automotive interiors.

■Features

・Excellent moldability (ultra high pressure molding, vacuum molding, etc.). ・Excellent heat resistance. ・Injection molding resin: Shows good adhesion to PC and PC/ABS. ・It does not curl even when used on thin films (50 μm or less), and can be used for etching and masking such as sputtering and metal plating. ・No pigments containing toxic heavy metals (DIN EN71 Part 3) are used.

■Hardening agent

・Before printing, add 2-3% Hardener 001 and stir well. ・Pot life will occur after adding hardener. Pot life varies depending on room temperature and humidity, but when stored in a tightly closed container, it is 8 to 12 hours.

■Dilution rate

-Norifan N2K has a high viscosity, so be sure to dilute it. ・Please note that excessive dilution may reduce performance. - When printing fine line patterns, please use slow-drying thinner M214. 10-20%: Slow drying thinner M214

■Printing plate

- All screen meshes can be used as standard colors. - For silver color, please use mesh of 770 → #300 or less, 780 → #150 or less, 790 → #250 or less. ・Please use a solvent-resistant emulsion.
