About This Product

■One-component color separation series for high pressure molding

A high-pressure molding ink that has excellent halftone dot and gradation suitability and is resistant to clogging. FIM suitability is the same as Norifan HTR.

■Printing plate

We recommend polyester 300-380 mesh. Please use a solvent-resistant emulsion.

■Cleaning the plate

Please use UniCleaner to clean screens and equipment.

■Drying

Norifan PCI is a solvent evaporation drying ink. To prevent the effects of solvents on the polycarbonate film, immediately after printing, force dry it using a jet dryer or isothermal air dryer. We do not recommend using a dry rack.

■Post cure

When using in the FIM process, final drying (post cure) is always required. Residual solvent reduces the heat resistance of Norifan PCI, and also affects ink flow during molding and weather resistance. Post-cure conditions: 1 to 5 hours at 75 to 90°C. For heat-sensitive PC films, set the temperature to 70 to 80°C.

■Storage period

When stored in an unopened container at a room temperature of 5 to 25 degrees Celsius, it has a shelf life of approximately 6 months.
