About This Product

■High-pressure molding ink with the highest heat resistance among one-component typesOne-component evaporative ink for polycarbonate. Ideal for FIM (Film Insert Molding). We have a long track record of decorating automobile interiors, various housings of home appliances, pachinko parts, etc.

Maximum elongation of 300% during FIM molding. It has a heat resistance of up to 300℃ when in-molded.

■Features (Performance optimal for IMD/FIM process)・Excellent moldability (ultra high pressure molding, vacuum molding, etc.).
・Excellent heat resistance.
・Good adhesion to mold resin (especially polycarbonate).
・No pigments containing toxic heavy metals (DIN EN71 Part 3) are used.

■Dilution rateRecommended dilution rate is 15-20%. Too diluted may cause pinholes. Also, if it is too dark, leveling will be poor. When printing fine line patterns, please use slow-drying thinner S403.

■Printing plateWe recommend polyester 200-380 mesh. For silver color, please use mesh of 770 → #300 or less, 780 → #150 or less, 790 → #250 or less. Please use an emulsion that is solvent resistant and does not contain silicone. Also, other inks often contain additives such as silicone, so be sure to use a new screen.

■Cleaning the platePlease use UniCleaner to clean screens and equipment.
