About This Product

Glossy one-component evaporative ink for untreated and treated polypropylene

■Applications

Untreated PP, PP molded products, PP damp plastic

■Features

One-component evaporative drying type, caution for outdoor use

■Printing plate

・A #200 to 270 mesh screen is suitable. ・Please use an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance.

■Printing

- There are two types of diluting solvents: FP solvent standard and FP solvent slow drying. Please use the appropriate one depending on the environment, printing conditions, pattern, etc. ・When printing on pads, please dilute it by 30% as standard.

■Drying

・It dries to the touch in 20 to 30 minutes at room temperature, but the time it takes to achieve adhesion varies depending on whether or not the PP material has been treated. ・To obtain strong adhesion, we recommend drying with warm air at 80°C for 5 to 10 minutes.

■Cleaning the plate

Please use FP solvent or inexpensive UniCleaner or Mino detergent.
