About This Product

Matte type polyester ink suitable for printing fine line patterns and halftone dots.

■Applications

Polyester films, stickers, various industrial nameplates

■Features

Excellent printability, wide range of application, ideal for printing fine lines and halftone dots

■Printing plate

- Any mesh can be used for the screen. ・Please use an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance.

■Printing

- Use the UP solvent standard as the diluent solvent, and use the retarder VZ2 if you want to slow down the drying process. - Adding 20-30% of 961 Thinner Paste or 79 Crystal Paste Slow Drying will further improve the reproducibility of halftone dots and fine lines.

■Drying

It takes about 1 hour to dry to the touch at room temperature (20℃), about 60 seconds under hot air at 50℃, and about 30 seconds under hot air at 80℃.

■Cleaning the plate

Please use UniCleaner or Mimi detergent.
