About This Product

Super glossy polyester ink

■Applications

Polyester film, various industrial nameplates, easy-to-form PET film

■Features

Excellent printability, wide range of application, super gloss, excellent leveling

■Printing plate

・Please use #250~350 mesh for the screen. ・Please use an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance.

■Printing

- Use UPX solvent standard as the diluent, and use retarder VZ2 if you want to slow down the drying process. - If repelling occurs due to overprinting with other inks, please add approximately 0.5% of ink antifoaming agent.Please note that adding too much will reduce the adhesion with the injection resin.

■Drying

- Dry time to the touch is approximately 1 hour at room temperature (20℃) and approximately 60 seconds under warm air at 60℃. ・Materials with low solvent resistance, such as polycarbonate film, are prone to cracking depending on drying conditions, so immediately after printing, force dry them using a jet dryer or isothermal air dryer. ・When using for FIM, please perform final drying to obtain heat resistance and adhesiveness during resin molding. Drying conditions vary depending on the printing material, but please dry at 60-80℃ for about 1-2 hours.

■Cleaning the plate

Please use UniCleaner or Mimi detergent.
