About This Product

Gloss type polyester ink ideal for nameplates

■Applications

Polyester films, stickers, various industrial nameplates

■Features

Excellent printability, wide range of applications

■Printing plate

- Any mesh can be used for the screen. ・Please use an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance.

■Printing

・Please use UP solvent standard for dilution solvent. If you want to slow down the drying time, please use the U solvent slow drying retarder VZ2. - Adding 20 to 30% of 79 Crystal Paste Slow Drying will further improve the reproducibility of halftone dots and fine lines.

■Drying

It takes about 1 hour to dry to the touch at room temperature (20℃), about 60 seconds under hot air at 50℃, and about 30 seconds under hot air at 80℃.

■Cleaning the plate

Please use UniCleaner or MINO detergent.
