About This Product

Semi-gloss type ink suitable for printing polyester films, stickers, etc.

■Applications

polyester film, polyester sticker

■Features

Abrasion resistance, good blocking resistance, quick drying

■Drying

Air drying takes about 7 to 20 minutes at a room temperature of 20℃, and a jet dryer takes about 7 to 30 seconds at 60℃.

■Solvent

・Please stir the ink well before use. ・To soften the ink, dilute it with standard U solvent. ・When printing at low speeds or at high temperatures, please use U solvent slow drying retarder VZ2. ・Please limit dilution with solvent to a maximum of 30%.

■Printing plate

- Any mesh can be used for the screen. ・Please use an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance.

■Cleaning the plate

-U solvent standard is recommended for cleaning plates. ・Please use Unicleaner for equipment.
