About This Product

Ideal for outdoor advertising billboards that require weather resistance

■Applications

Acrylic, polycarbonate, melamine, treated PP, aluminum composite board, painted iron plate

■Features

Two-component reaction type with excellent weather resistance, particularly excellent gloss and thickness, and good printing workability

■Printing plate

・Recommended 180-250 mesh ・Please use an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance.

■Dilution

EHP solvent standard/slow drying, especially if you want to slow drying, please use Retarder VZ2.

■Drying (for EHP solvent standard 20% dilution with 225 mesh)

・Dry to the touch at 20℃ for about 1 hour 40℃ warm air for about 10 minutes ・Stackable 20℃ for about 12 hours or more 80℃ hot air for about 10 minutes ・Complete curing: 2-3 days at 20℃ in addition to the above ・Forced drying 80℃ 30 minutes 120℃ 10 minutes
