About This Product

Inks that can be used in a wide range of applications, including nameplates for automobiles and electrical appliances, molded products, and daily necessities.

■Applications

Hard PVC, PVC sticker, acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS

■Features

High quality, suitable for nameplates, excellent heat moldability

■Printing plate

- Any mesh can be used for the screen. ・Please use an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance.

■Printing

・Please use TJ-90 solvent for dilution. - If you want to slow down the drying process, add a small amount of Mino Solvent Slow Drying and Retarder VZ3. - Adding 20 to 30% of 961 Thinner Paste or 78 Crystal Paste Slow Drying will further improve the reproducibility of halftone dots and fine lines.

■Drying

- When using TJ-90 solvent, it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to dry to the touch at room temperature (20°C), and about 20 to 30 seconds at 50°C with hot air. - If you use a slow-drying solvent or retarder, drying will be even slower, so please dry thoroughly and be careful of blocking.

■Cleaning the plate

Please use UniCleaner.
