About This Product

Glossy evaporative ink suitable for a wide range of applications

■Applications

Soft/hard PVC, PVC tarpaulin, PVC sticker, ABS

■Features

Good printability, clear color, anti-blocking, low price

■Printing plate

- Any mesh can be used for the screen. ・Please use an emulsion with excellent solvent resistance.

■Printing

・Three types of diluting solvents are available: T solvent standard, quick drying, and slow drying. Please use the appropriate one depending on the printing conditions and environment. ・If you want to slow down the drying process, please use the retarder VZ3. - When printing fine line patterns, better printing effects can be obtained by adding 20-30% of 961 thinner paste or 78 crystal paste slow drying.

■Drying

・An example of dryness to the touch when printing on soft PVC using Smart Mesh P200-48 is shown below. When diluted 20% with T solvent standard, about 1 to 3 minutes at room temperature, 10 to 20 seconds at 40℃ in a jet dryer

■Cleaning the plate

Please use UniCleaner or MINO detergent.
